As a company Paddock To Ply are legally obligated to represent all international purchases as “merchandise” and fill in customs forms accurately. Customs value will be the sale price not including postage.
If an item hasn’t arrived or is lost or damaged during shipping please contact us by email, as soon as possible so we can attempt to rectify the problem. Once we’ve completed all checks we will arrange a replacement parcel to be sent to you via registered mail. You will be required to sign for this.
If you think there has been a mistake with your order please contact Paddock To Ply on email@example.com within 14 days of placing your order (30 days for international orders) and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible. With regret, we are unable to check into orders beyond this time period.
If you would like to modify or adjust your order we are happy to help as best we can. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible by calling us on 0403 933 044 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and required adjustment. Please be aware that if your order has already been shipped it will not be able to be adjusted.
Of course, if your order hasn’t shipped yet (you’ll receive an emailed shipment confirmation if it has) you can place another, new order on our website. In the comments field of your second order you must include both order numbers with a request that they be shipped together. We’ll make sure to ship them together and refund you the appropriate shipping.
